Etimologia

Il nome deriva dal mweqgreco mwegmwewψεῦδος, mwfapsèudos, cioè mwfqerrore, inganno, falsità, falso e dal genere mwfgPsyllo mwfwThorell, 1899 con il quale ha diverse caratteristiche in comune e il cui nome deriva a sua volta dal greco mwgamwgqψύλλος, mwggpsyllos, cioè mwgwpsillo o mwhamwhqpsilla, specie di insetto parassita del mwhgcece e del rafano descritto da mwhwTeofrasto e da altri autori classici, di volta in volta identificato con ragnetti e/o acari cui somiglia per aspetto.

Distribuzione

La specie è stata rinvenuta in mwigCameruncite-ref-araneidae-1-0[1].

Tassonomia

Dal 1916 non sono stati esaminati altri esemplari, né sono state descritte mwkqsottospecie al 2014cite-ref-araneidae-1-1[1].
